The General Assembly of CoopCongo is the utmost body for decision making; it also owns the Cooperative. All members will be required to attend General Assembly meetings in order to obtain updates on the affairs of the Cooperative, and vote on matters of importance that will be debated or vote for new office bearers/Board members whenever appropriate.
The General Assembly elects Board members in line with the Constitution and they each serve their mandate for three years. Whenever appropriate, the Board may recruit staff members to run the daily activities of the Cooperative.
